Help with tragus piercing?

Yesterday i randomly got my tragus done. Now i'm getting paranoid about it. Do they easily get infected??? I cleaned my with metal morphosis i got from the piercing shop. I put it on a cotton bud and wiped around and on the stud is that enough? Do i need to really soak the stud with it? When i cleaned it i move it around quite a bit and people have told me not to move it coz it could get infected? should i not touch it? It is ok to put iodine on it to help it clear up? ahh HELP?
