Rash-like weird reddish spots?

I got a pale pinkish not so bi on my stomach a few weeks ago.Now this spot's almost faded away but i noticed like 10 days ago or so that i have 2 small spots on my right calf -- 1 pale and the other oval bright red.Now that bright red spot has become bigger in size and it has an oval shape and what it appears to be 2 rows of circles inside it.And now a few days ago other spots with irregular shape started to appear on that very same right leg.I thought it could b ringworm and i treated it with iodine and antifungal cremes but didnt help.Besides i dont think it's ringworm cause none of these spots is raised,they r very flat and smooth and also NON itchy and NON scaly.Please help me get rid of this!!
