Advice for treating a dog's infected toenail?

My dog got her nail caught on my friends fence while playing with another dog 4 days ago and has been limping since then. I thought it was just a sore toenail but it has turned black and looks a little infected. I've washed it with Tea Tree Antiseptic soap, treated it with Iodine and wrapped it. I plan on keeping her indoors for the next few days to limit reinfection. Is there anything more that i should do for her?
