I'm 53 and stopped my period 2 yrs. ago?

For the past few months I've had the sensation of a very full bladder even though I usually don't go as much as I feel. I think I might have a prolasped vagina or something as I feel a bump in the entrance in back of my vagina. I used a "Summer's Eve' medicated douche about an hour ago and it burns so bad. GOD. It's only about 3% iodine. PLEASE help?
