What do I say to this girl?

I met a girl online playing a game and have known her for quite sometime and lately she's been talking a lot about how she hates herself for being ugly and having no friends, being fat and stuff like that. She's also talking about how she is tired of living and is thinking about killing herself. I never know how to respond to this, I feel bad and wish I could help her what should I say to her?
