My dog is nearly 5yrs old and she's not even spayed yet, is this bad?

i know she won't get prego because she's always inside my fence, i do take her for walks but there are no other dogs in my neighborhood (my parents chose the worst neighborhood in the world to live in).. it's full of Punjabi people who don't like dogs and elderly people who can't take care of them, all my friends live 6 blocks away in the "fun" neighborhood!!! that's full of young people, people with dogs, lots of other kids to play with, fun parks.. (i don't even have a park in my neighborhood , just a small forest with a mini walking trail)
