I have to wean my baby this week! But how?

My daughter just turned one and I have started having medical problems. They will be injecting me with radioactive iodine in three weeks and I have been instructed to wean my child off feeding immediately! She has never been into anything that wasn't my ESPECIALLY at night. Of course she enjoys solids but she is still very dependent on me. What should I do?
