How to share family reunion with a needy family (or elderly person)?

We celebrate our family reunion every year in June. This year we would like to share it with a needy family or an elderly person in our neighborhood. Our reunion is an honor to our mother whose birthday is celebrated in June. We just wanted to invite them to our 3-day celebration this month. Any suggestions?
