Has anything changed regarding patient and elderly health care in the UK?

The Doctors we have today are mostly foreign and I have one. I have driven a car for over forty years, and taken ill one night, when all around me were dropping like flies with that Flu epidemic we had, I phoned for some Paracetamol to the NHS. That call ended up with my Driving Licence taken away. Went to the Doctors to see why and she said.... Go away... you are not driving again because I said so. I have tried everywhere for help but to no avail, so I am left... no one to help me... cannot get out... so anyone got any answers. Already three people where I live are in the same position..,. with the same Doctor. I drove for the NHS taking people to Hospitals all over the UK which lasted for over ten years.... then they could not afford us. Now when I can hardly walk myself...only with a stick I am finding life very difficult, and costing me a lot of money getting Taxis to do my shopping. We have a Shoppers bus and have been told it will be over twelve months before I can use owing to the long list. So back to the Doctors but she has refused to see me, and the Reception Staff has told me to stop phoning up. It is like living in a Foreign Country where all rights are taken off you. Being on the Pension it is very expensive to use Taxis. Last week it cost me 11.00 to go to the Supermarket , and I find that a lot of money from my Pension. Is there anyone who can solve this problem... seeing that we have no rights now. As one gets older the Powers that be seem to enjoy taking everything away from people like us.By the way trying to see your MP is a NO NO, as all they do is to leave messages .. promise to get back to you.... but never do.. !! so much for voting for them.. !! I feel like a Prisoner, now unable to get out without costing me money. I am looking for a slow boat to China...does anyone know where it is docked.
